Head Chef - Yacht with TOP salary and BONUS package
Client is looking for a good Sous Chef or Chef that wants to step up to Head Chef, or a great current Head Chef for a 85m super yacht.
Someone young and enthusiastic looking to prove themselves.
To join a young crew who work great as a team on an expedition charter yacht travelling to see very exciting places in the next year. Mostly South America after some European charters.
80% private 20% charter.
The owner prefers old fashioned, traditional, modern and classic cuisines. This is not one for a hard core fusion expert! But you can be overly creative on charters and for cocktail receptions, (fusion, micro herbs, edible flowers etc)
Cooking for 4 principals and 20 crew, with a Sous chef and kitchen assistant on board also.
Head Chef has his/her own cabin
You must have:
B1/B2 visa ( still time to apply for this)
German/Austrian/Swiss language skills would be a bonus as would any German food knowledge.
Position starts on 1st November
Salary: 6000€ per month, rising to 10,000€ after 3 months
46 days holiday per year + extra days during work when the owner is away. Extra vacation days at the captains discretion.
Bonus - double pay for month 12, triple pay for month 24
