We are seeking a highly experienced Captain to oversee the final stages of construction and ensure the smooth transition from shipyard to operational readiness. This pivotal role involves complete oversight of the new build process, including acceptance, commissioning, and coordination with the shipyard team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the new build process, ensuring seamless integration and commissioning of the vessel.

Oversee warranty-related matters and ensure technical and operational integration.

Recruit and build a reliable, professional crew, setting high standards of service and efficiency onboard.

Take full responsibility for the yacht’s operations, safety management, maintenance planning, and itinerary development.

This role is crucial in shaping the yacht’s operational success and will require a Captain with specific new build experience to lead the vessel through its final stages and into full operational service.

Salary: €10,000–12,000 per month for a permanent role post-launch. For a rotational position, the salary will be adjusted accordingly.
